The context
Technical SEO at multilingual scale.
I was the sole SEO specialist responsible for technical and on-page SEO across a 14-language WordPress platform with more than 12,000 crawled URLs. The engagement combined international targeting with the everyday challenge of keeping a large website clear, consistent and accessible to search engines.

The scale and number of language variants made consistent technical signals especially important. My work covered crawlability and indexation, language targeting, canonicalisation, redirects and the relationship between pages.
My responsibilities & implementation
International SEO
Implemented hreflang architecture across language variants to improve the consistency of language and regional signals.
Technical foundations
Audited and addressed redirect chains, canonical conflicts, sitemap errors and duplicate-content issues across the platform.
On-page optimisation
Optimised metadata, heading structure and internal linking across hundreds of pages, aligning page content with search intent.
Outcome & evidence
The work addressed technical barriers and improved the consistency of multilingual and on-page signals. This case study describes the implementation scope; it does not attach unverified traffic, ranking or revenue figures to the work.
This is a summary of my work during the engagement. A current website is context for the business, rather than proof that every feature or design on it is my work.
